✨ Hello ✨ Is it me you're looking for?
Hi There! I'm Megan. Nice to Meet You!
I’m a former theatre kid with a fun career journey that’s featured the arts, customer service, and even higher education administration. Throughout these roles, I was tasked with creating interesting experiences that serve both users and businesses to leave a memorable mark.
I leverage my strong communication and presentation skills to tell stories through design. Efficiency and organization are my jam, but I believe user experiences are best when they bring a quirky bit of fun. Let’s make delightful designs the norm.

Why Design?
I've always loved to play with the design of things. When I was 2, I figured out that the design of a VCR could be greatly improved by the addition of M&Ms & that the big red button on my Grandpa's computer was begging to be pressed (much to his dismay). As you can probably guess, I also learned early on that not all designs are winners right off the bat - iteration is always key!
Throughout my childhood, I would find freedom and joy in the play of design - whether it was redesigning Barbie's Dream House for a better doll experience, or building whole neighborhoods in the Sims to explore how simulated users interacted with my designs. In my teen years, I was drawn to theatre to understand why & how people do what they do. I was so fascinated by how even subtle movement changes could alter everything the audience knew about a character. Later in college, I would double major in Communication & Theatre where I received an education on empathy, motivation, & directing individuals to create art.
Problem solving makes my heart happy. Service design pleases my organization brain while UX pleases my artistic brain. Seeing how things work together to make life easier & more enjoyable is my jam. All of the elements of my background fit together like puzzle pieces, driving me to create better experiences to complete the final picture. It feels like design was meant to be!
